Shipping policy

The hardest part... waiting for things to arrive! Below you'll find our fulfillment status updates and any delays that may affect the production or shipping of your order. This page gets updated regularly.

CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES
(from the time of order to the moment your order is carefully packaged and in transit)

  • Standard Pieces: 3-5 business days
  • Custom Orders: 5-7 business days

Why the time difference?
I make everything in very small batches. I have everything in various stages of completion—sometimes you catch it when I have a fully finished batch, sometimes the batch is close but not quite there. Custom sizes always take a little more time since I begin creating once we've both worked out the exact details you need.

SHIPPING METHODS

Domestic (US):

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

International (Canada only):

  • First-Class International: Varies by destination
  • Priority International: 6-10 business days
  • Express International: 3-5 business days

We currently ship only within the United States and to Canada. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, method, and distance from zip code 45140.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders over $50 ship free within the US via USPS First Class. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. International orders aren't eligible for free shipping.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Hidden Realm Studios Ltd. is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, lost packages, or replacement costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, you have two options:
• Receive a refund for the item price, minus the original shipping cost.
• Request to have the item re-shipped. We are happy to arrange that. New shipping charges will apply.

For custom orders returned as undeliverable due to address issues, we will work with you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery timeframes are approximations and don't guarantee delivery dates. Hidden Realm Studios is not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, shipping carrier issues, customs delays, or other unforeseeable events.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

If your items arrive damaged from shipping, we sincerely apologize and will take care of that for you. Please email care@HiddenRealmStudios.com with your order number, photos of the shipping box and contents, and details of the damaged item and we'll replace it for you, on us!

LOST PACKAGE

If your package shows delivered but you didn't receive it, here are a few things you can do: check with neighbors, building management, or other household members who might have brought it inside, contact your local USPS office to see if they can help locate it, and please wait a full 7 days after the delivery estimate date to make sure it's not still coming.

If it still hasn't arrived after that, contact us at support@HiddenRealmStudios.com and we'll work with you to find the best solution.
