About This Piece

A stormy night spent watching classic black-and-white monster films inspired this haunting piece. There's something about those atmospheric laboratory scenes that had me completely captivated. I knew I wanted to capture that authentic, pieced-together feeling in a stick slide & hair pin combo.

The set features a handmade textured leather patchwork made to look like stitched monster skin. The hand-carved wooden stick is topped with a tapered resin bolt that mimics aged metal hardware, giving you that classic mad scientist vibe.

The embossed leather textures and carefully layered staining make it look genuinely worn and weathered, as if unearthed from some forgotten experiment.

Whether you're channeling vintage horror, attending a themed event, or adding dark elegance to your everyday style, this lightweight set works beautifully in buns, updos, or twisted hairstyles. The secure stick pin ensures comfortable, all-day wear.
